Message	The detonation beat up the rod bearings, but the pistons survived. Had the detonation been less extreme, but over a longer period of time (he did 2 12-13 second passes before it started to knock) the bearing may have survived but the pistons would be toast. I may be wrong, I am just guessing since this is the first motor that had the stock pistons outlive the rod bearings.
